Date, times, pick-up curb and destination, and how many are travelling. Your page has the form.
Get a firm quote
Priced at your district's rate, with seats confirmed. Attach it to your purchase order and send it back.
Trip day
A named coordinator, reachable before and during the trip. The curb location is confirmed in writing beforehand.
Invoice on your PO
Direct bill, quoting your PO number, to the business office. No card needed at the curb.
