Public Agency Mobility, Powered by Pronto

Mobility for public agencies, without the procurement headache.

Cities, counties and joint powers agencies move people for reasons a commercial operator rarely sees — recreation programs, civic events, employee shuttles, emergency support. Pronto has carried all of them, and knows what your risk management office will ask for before it asks.

A note on the FTA Charter Rule
Pronto is a registered charter provider (FTA Charter ID 6643) and has taken Charter Rule matters to the FTA and prevailed. If your agency is weighing whether a service should be run by a transit operator or a private charter provider, that is a conversation we can have properly rather than commercially.

How an agency books

The same four steps, with procurement paperwork handled up front.

1

Send the request

Dates, times, curb locations and headcount. Recurring programs can be sent as one schedule.

2

Get a firm quote

Priced for your agency, with certificates of insurance attached if procurement needs them.

3

Trip day

A named coordinator on the day, with curb locations confirmed in writing in advance.

4

Invoice to the department

Direct bill against your requisition or contract number.

Pronto

Pronto says summer programmes and recurring runs do not need a booking each time. Send the whole schedule once.

How your account is organised

One account for the agency, with a level for every site, billing account and department underneath it.

Scroll sideways to see the whole diagram, or tap to open it full screen.

A typical agency. Tell us your structure and we build yours to match - there is no limit on levels, billing accounts or departments.

Pronto, our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy
Meet Pronto

Your companion and guide

Pronto is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy and the reason a lot of this exists. He turns up wherever the community does — youth programmes, civic events, game days, the ride home after the whistle. If you spot him, tag him.

Pronto

Pronto says FTA charter rules, $10M liability and the paperwork your risk office asks for — all handled before you ask.

Bring your agency to Pronto

Tell us the department and the program. If you need certificates of insurance, a W-9 or a vendor registration before you can raise a requisition, say so and we will send them with the quote.
