What is a Pronto Affiliate?
A Pronto Affiliate is a qualified group mobility provider that joins our nationwide network. We work with affiliates to create more business opportunities, support group journeys and special events, and help operators grow their business through our technology and connected network.
Who is eligible to join the Pronto Affiliate Network?
We welcome qualified group mobility providers with the appropriate vehicles, operating authority,insurance, and safety requirements. Our network can include local and regional operators as well as
providers serving multiple markets.
Is Pronto a transportation broker?
No. We are a Group Mobility Solution provider, just like the operators in our network. In addition to our group mobility services, we have our own Internet, web, mobile, and cloud technology capabilities that help connect customers with our affiliate network and create opportunities that may require more capacity than one operator can provide alone.
Why should my company become a Pronto Affiliate?
We help affiliates access additional business opportunities, reach more customers, and make better use
of available capacity. Through our technology and nationwide network, we work collaboratively with operators to help grow their business and create more group mobility opportunities.
Is there a fee to join the Pronto Affiliate Network?
Our Affiliate Network operates on a revenue-sharing model rather than a traditional membership fee. We can discuss the applicable terms and requirements with your company during the affiliate onboarding process.
How do I apply to become a Pronto Affiliate?
You can complete the Affiliate Network interest form on our website and provide information about your company, vehicles, operating authority, services, and contact details. Our Affiliate Relations team
will review your information and contact you about the next steps.
Will Pronto market my company through its websites and portals?
Yes. Joining our Affiliate Network can add your company to our nationwide network and to iPronto.com and other affiliated portals for charter and shuttle services. Depending on your affiliate arrangement, you may also have opportunities for additional online visibility.
Can Pronto help fill unused vehicle capacity?
Yes. We connect customer demand with available capacity across our affiliate network. By working together, operators can access group mobility opportunities that may be difficult for one provider to handle independently.
How does Pronto’s revenue-sharing model work?
We operate on a revenue-sharing basis, with 90% of the revenue going to the affiliate and 10% to Pronto. Our share supports the technology and operational services we provide, including reservations, scheduling, dispatch, monitoring, billing, invoicing, payments, and collections.
