Huskers Shuttle · before you travel

Find my shuttle

Every shuttle has a location, a code and a colour. Your ticket carries the code. The bus carries the same code in the windshield, in that location's colour. If the two do not match, it is not your bus — check with the driver before boarding.

LNS Light blue

Lincoln North Star HS

N 33rd St & Fletcher Ave

Southeast corner of the parking lot

More than one bus runs from this lot, sometimes only minutes apart, and they all load from the same corner. Match the full code — LNS-OUT-1 and LNS-OUT-2 are different buses.

SPT Green

SouthPointe Pavilions

S 29th St & Zermatt Dr

On Zermatt Dr, opposite Von Maur

Board at the curb on Zermatt Dr, not at the store entrance.

GWY Pink

Gateway Mall

61st St & O St

Between JCPenney & Dillard's

61st & O St is the mall entrance, not the boarding point — come in there and continue to the shuttle curb. Two shuttles can be at this curb at once, so check the full code on your ticket.

At the stadium

Memorial Stadium — R St, between N 13th and N 14th

Drop-off and pick-up are on the north side of R St, by the Culture Center — a short walk from the stadium.

After the game, look for the orange meter hoods along R St. Each one carries a card with a location name and a code in that location's colour. Wait at the card that matches your ticket.

Your shuttle leaves 30 minutes after the end of the game, or at its scheduled departure time — whichever is later. If everyone on the manifest is on board before then, it leaves.

This page is about where. For when, check the code and time on your ticket, or open the booking page for the game you are travelling to — departure times change from game to game. Colour is always printed alongside the three-letter code, so a black-and-white ticket or placard still tells you everything you need.

Huskers shuttle

Questions

Everything about booking a seat, finding your bus and getting home.

Game day — getting to the stadium

Where do I catch my shuttle?
Your confirmation carries a three-letter location code — LNW , LNS , SPT or GWY — and the booking card for your departure shows a map with the boarding point marked.

The Find my shuttle section further up this page gives the exact spot in each of the four lots, and the Find Your Shuttle guide has a full-page map for every location. A Shuttle Coordinator is at each lot before the game.

Intercity pickup points in Omaha, Kearney–Grand Island and Norfolk–Columbus are shown at booking with their own map.

Arrive about 10 minutes before your departure time. There is no queue to join — your seat is held.

What do I need to show to board?
Any one of these: your printed confirmation, the confirmation email on your phone, or your booking in your iPronto account (the account icon, next to Log in). The driver or the Shuttle Coordinator will check it.
Do you need ID for everyone on my booking?
Only for the person who booked. We check the headcount for everyone else — a booking for two admits two, including you.
Can I stand if the bus is full?
No. Standing is not permitted on any of our vehicles. It is also why we never sell more seats than the bus holds — if you have a booking, you have a seat.

Game day — getting home

Where do the return buses board?
R Street, between N 13th and N 14th — on the north side, by the Culture Center. It is a short walk from the stadium and it is the same place at every home game.
How do I know which bus is mine?
Three things carry the same code. Your ticket shows it — LNS-OUT-2 , for example. The bus shows it in the windshield, in your location’s colour. And each lot has a card clipped to a parking meter at its spot on R Street with the location name, code and colour.

If the code on the bus does not match the code on your ticket, it is not your bus. More than one bus can load from the same spot minutes apart, so match the full code, not just the lot.

I can’t find my bus. What should I do?
Ask a Shuttle Coordinator. They are at the boarding point on R Street after the game with the full departure list, and asking one is faster than walking the line looking. If you cannot find a coordinator, call or text 833-477-6688 or 669-690-2575.

Please don’t board a different bus. Your seat is held, and taking someone else’s leaves them without one. If your bus is not there at your time we will get you onto one — you will not be stranded.

When do the return buses leave?
Your shuttle leaves 30 minutes after the end of the game, or at its scheduled departure time — whichever is later . If everyone booked on it is aboard before then, it leaves.

Most lots also run a later departure a set interval after the first, for anyone staying on after the game.

What if the game runs long, or there’s a postgame event?
Return buses do not leave before the game ends. Overtime, a weather delay or a long fourth quarter moves your departure with it — your seat is held and you do not need to rebook.

If you want to stay for a drone show, fireworks or a concert, book the later departure rather than the first one. That is what it is there for.

I missed my shuttle. Can I take the next one?
We will try, but it depends on space — everyone booked on that later departure boards first. Booking the departure you will actually use is the reliable route.

Booking, seats and vehicles

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Every seat is reserved, so there is no boarding without one. You can book right up to game day — including on your phone standing at the lot — as long as seats remain. The popular departures do sell out.
Do I book each direction separately?
Yes, for the four Lincoln park-and-ride lots. Inbound and outbound are separate bookings, which is what lets you choose a different time for the ride home. Intercity bookings are round trip and cover both directions.
How do I know how many seats are left?
Every departure on the booking page shows its total seats and how many are still open, updated in real time.
A departure shows SOLD OUT. What now?
Sold-out departures stay listed on purpose, so you can see the whole schedule and plan around them. Pick an earlier or later departure from the same lot, or another lot that still has seats.
Kickoff time is still TBA. Can I book?
Not yet — schedules are built around kickoff, so they go up once the time is confirmed. Booking opens as soon as they do.
What kind of vehicle will I be on?
A mix of motorcoaches and school buses, depending on the game.

Motorcoach supply around Lincoln is fully committed on football Saturdays. We run every coach we can source and use school buses to cover the rest of the demand rather than leave people without a ride. A school bus seat is narrower and has less legroom than a coach — worth knowing before you book if you are tall. We are working to bring more coaches in as the season goes on.

I need an accessible vehicle.
We can arrange one. Email RideWithPronto@iPronto.com after you book your seats so we can put it in place for your departure.

Fares, payment and changes

What does it cost?
Lincoln — inbound $10
Lincoln — immediate return $20
Lincoln — later return $15
Intercity round trip $59–$79

Each direction is booked separately for the Lincoln lots; intercity is round trip.

Why is this more expensive than Big Red Express?
We are a private company and no part of this service is subsidised — the fare covers the whole cost of running it. Big Red Express is cheaper, and if the lowest fare is what matters most to you, that is a fair reason to ride it.

What this fare buys is a specific seat on a specific departure . You are not in a queue, you cannot be turned away because the bus ahead of you filled up, and you know before you leave home what time you are coming back.

Can I pay cash?
No. All bookings and payments are made online, including on game day at the lot.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter it in the PROMO CODE field in the Payment section as you book. Codes may be for a discounted fare, a raffle entry or another offer — each one carries its own terms.
How do reward points work?
You earn points on everything you book with us — shuttle seats, experiences and trips — worth up to 5% of the booking.

Your balance and its redemption value appear in the Payment section when you book, and you choose how many to put towards that booking. Full details at iPronto.com/reward-points.

I need to cancel or change my booking.
Under our User Agreement bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

To switch to a different departure or lot: book the one you want, then email RideWithPronto@iPronto.com with both confirmation numbers. We will cancel the original and refund it in full.
