What qualifies. Completed bookings across all three services earn points on the pre-tax total. Points post as Pending and become Available after travel. Qualifying points reset each program year; status is held for the year you earn it plus the next.

Terms, plainly. Points aren't cash and can't be transferred. Reversed bookings remove their points. Unused points expire 24 months after they post. Full terms linked from every rewards surface — no surprises at checkout.
